Personalized, Not Generic
A generic yoga class asks everyone to follow the same sequence, at the same pace, regardless of who they are. A personalized asana practice starts from the opposite direction: your goals, your current ability, and your body come first, and the practice is built around them — whether you're in a small group class, an individual session, at home, or online.

Suresh Bantupalli, Setu Yoga Studio's Senior Yoga Instructor & Studio Manager, teaches every format described below — group classes, individual sessions, at-home visits, and online. He holds a 500-Hour Advanced Certificate Course in Yoga (IYA-accredited) and is a Life Member & Yog Prashikshak Member of the Indian Yoga Association.
