These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Setu Yoga Studio™ website (setuyoga.com) and your participation in classes, sessions, and programs offered by Setu Yoga Studio™, an Associate Center of the Indian Yoga Association, based in Hafeezpet, Hyderabad.

By using this website, contacting us to register for a class or program, or attending any session offered by Setu Yoga Studio™, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the website or enroll in our programs.

These Terms apply alongside any specific information provided on individual programme pages (such as pricing, schedule, or format), and alongside Setu Yoga Studio's Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.

Services

What Setu Yoga Studio Offers

Setu Yoga Studio™ offers yoga instruction in the following formats, as described on the relevant pages of this website:

• Studio Group Sessions at our physical studio in Hafeezpet, Hyderabad.
• Live Online Group Yoga, conducted live via video-calling platforms for students in India and worldwide.
• Individual / Personalized Sessions (Personalized Asana Practice), delivered in-studio, at home, or online, shaped around the individual student.
• Yoga Teacher Training Courses (TTC), offered at multiple certification levels.

Current programme details, schedules, and pricing are published on the respective pages of this website and are subject to change as described in "Changes to Services or Schedule" below.

Registration and Participation

Joining a Class or Programme

Registration for any Setu Yoga Studio programme is typically arranged by contacting us directly (by phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person at the studio) and confirmed once any applicable payment has been made.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate contact information and an honest account of any relevant health conditions, injuries, or physical limitations, so that your practice can be introduced appropriately. Yoga instruction offered by Setu Yoga Studio is educational in nature and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a pre-existing medical condition or are unsure whether yoga is appropriate for you, please consult a qualified doctor before beginning practice.

Participation in any class, whether in-studio or online, is at your own discretion and, to the extent applicable, at your own risk, as further described under "Limitation of Liability" below.

Memberships and Payments

Fees and Payment

Fees for Studio Group Sessions, Live Online Group Yoga, Individual Sessions, and Teacher Training Courses are as published on the relevant programme pages of this website at the time of enrolment, and are subject to change for future enrolments.

Payments may be made through the payment methods made available by Setu Yoga Studio at the time of registration, which may include cash, bank transfer, UPI, online payment links, or other methods as communicated to you. Access to a paid programme is generally provided once payment has been received and confirmed.

Memberships are personal to the registered student and are not transferable to another individual unless expressly agreed by Setu Yoga Studio.

Online Classes

Live Online Group Yoga and Online Sessions

Online classes offered by Setu Yoga Studio, including Live Online Group Yoga, are conducted live at the fixed days and times published on the relevant programme page. You are responsible for ensuring you have a suitable device, a stable internet connection, and adequate space to practice safely for the duration of the session.

Meeting links and joining instructions for online classes are provided for the registered student's personal use only and should not be shared with, or used by, anyone who has not registered and paid for the session. Setu Yoga Studio reserves the right to restrict or revoke access where a link or account is shared without authorisation.

Where a specific online programme is described as live-only, or as not including recordings, on its own programme page, that description governs; these Terms do not create any additional entitlement to a recording or replay beyond what is stated on the relevant programme page.

Studio Classes

In-Person Sessions at the Studio

Studio Group Sessions take place at Setu Yoga Studio's physical location in Hafeezpet, Hyderabad, during the operating hours published on this website and at the studio. You are expected to arrive with adequate time to prepare, to follow the instructor's guidance regarding safe practice, and to treat the studio space, equipment, and other students with reasonable care and courtesy.

Setu Yoga Studio is not responsible for personal belongings brought to the studio. Please avoid bringing valuables you are not prepared to be responsible for.

Personalized Sessions

Individual Sessions and Personalized Asana Practice

Individual Sessions are shaped around the student's own goals, current ability, health background, and lifestyle, gathered through an initial conversation before a specific practice is introduced. Because these sessions are customised, pricing and scheduling for Individual Sessions are agreed directly with Setu Yoga Studio rather than published as a fixed rate.

As with all formats, this is an educational yoga practice and not a substitute for medical treatment. Please disclose relevant health information accurately so your session can be adapted appropriately, and consult a qualified medical professional for any condition requiring diagnosis or treatment.

Teacher Training Courses

Yoga Teacher Training (TTC)

Setu Yoga Studio offers Yoga Teacher Training at multiple certification levels, as described on the Yoga Teacher Training page of this website, within the training standards of the Indian Yoga Association, of which Setu Yoga Studio is a registered Associate Center.

Enrolment in a Teacher Training Course is confirmed once any required application step and payment have been completed, as communicated to you at the time. Course content, format (in-studio or online), and schedule are as described on the relevant programme page and are subject to the "Changes to Services or Schedule" section below.

Completion of a Teacher Training Course reflects the training undertaken with Setu Yoga Studio and does not itself constitute a guarantee of employment, income, or recognition by any third party or regulatory body beyond what is expressly stated on the relevant programme page.

Cancellations and Refunds

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for any Setu Yoga Studio programme are governed by Setu Yoga Studio's Refund & Cancellation Policy, rather than by these Terms. Where a specific cancellation or refund arrangement has been separately agreed with you in writing, that arrangement will apply.

Changes to Services or Schedule

Changes We May Make

Setu Yoga Studio may, from time to time, change class timings, instructors, formats, pricing for future enrolments, or discontinue a specific programme, where reasonably necessary for the operation of the studio. Where practicable, we will provide reasonable notice of any change that materially affects a programme you are currently enrolled in.

User Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate registration, contact, and health information, and update it if it changes.
• Practice within your own physical capacity and stop if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort, seeking medical attention where appropriate.
• Keep any class link, login, or joining instructions provided to you confidential and for your own use only.
• Treat instructors, staff, and other students, whether in-studio or online, with courtesy and respect.
• Make payments for any programme you enrol in by the agreed method and timeframe.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of Content

The Setu Yoga Studio™ name, logo, and the content published on this website (including text, images, and programme descriptions) belong to Setu Yoga Studio unless otherwise indicated. Class sequences, instructional content, and any materials shared with students remain the property of Setu Yoga Studio and are provided for your personal practice only.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly share website content, class materials, or any recording of a class or session, without Setu Yoga Studio's prior written permission.

Website Use

Using This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to interfere with its normal operation, extract its content in bulk, or misuse any contact form or booking channel it provides.

This website may link to third-party services (such as Instagram, FitPass, or PayGo) for your convenience. Setu Yoga Studio does not control, and is not responsible for, the content, policies, or practices of these third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Setu Yoga Studio and its instructors will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
